Greater Nevada Credit Union Leases Space in Ridgeview Town Center

(Reno, NV) – Greater Nevada Credit Union leased 1,900 square feet in Ridgeview Town Center located at 5150 Mae Anne Avenue, Suite 203 in Reno, Nevada. In this lease transaction the NAI Office Properties Group of Dominic Brunetti, CCIM and Scott Shanks, SIOR represented the tenant, Greater Nevada Credit Union.

NAI Alliance Retail Properties Group Secures Exclusive Agreement for 9 Dunkin' Donuts Stores

(Reno, NV) – Mark Keyzers, Senior Vice President of the NAI Alliance Retail Properties Group recently completed the exclusive lease agreement with Dunkin’ Donuts that will see the development of nine new stores developed throughout Northern Nevada.

NAI Alliance was a broker of record in assisting in the multi-unit store development agreement between Dunkin' Donuts and new franchise group HT2 Franchising. HT2 Franchising is led by entrepreneur and Reno native Nicole Hansen. Ms. Hansen will manage and oversee daily operations of each store.

Dunkin’ Donuts is currently seeking sites for the nine new store locations from existing land and property owners throughout Northern Nevada. With this agreement between HT2 and Dunkin’ Donuts, all franchise opportunities are sold out in Reno.

“We’re extremely proud that Dunkin’ Donuts chose the Northern Nevada market to expand into,” said Mark Keyzers of NAI Alliance. “They had many options in the Western States to expand, but they saw the leadership of HT2 as well as the rebounding of Northern Nevada and determined our area to be a great fit.”

NAI Alliance Office Team Secures Exclusive Lease Listing for 255 West Peckham Lane

Reno, Nevada – Dominic Brunetti, CCIM, along with his partner Scott Shanks, SIOR have secured the exclusive lease listing for 255 West Peckham Lane in Reno, Nevada. The professional multi‐tenant office building is 6,882 square feet and was built in 1983. The lease rate is $1.50 per square foot. There is currently 1,100 square feet available.

NAI Alliance Office Properties Group Recently Closes 3 Transactions

The NAI Alliance Office Properties Group of Dominic Brunetti, CCIM, Scott Shanks, SIOR and Chase Whittemore, MS have recently closed three new deals.
  • California Broadband Cooperative leased nearly 600 square feet of space at 200 S. Virginia. Chase Whittemore, MS, represented the landlord Basin Street Properties. The California Broadband Cooperative’s Digital 395 Middle Mile project proposes to build a new 553-mile, 10 Gbps middle-mile fiber network that would follow U.S. Route 395 between southern and northern California.
  • Dominic Brunetti, SVP/Principal, closed the sale of an office building at 401 Flint Street. Mr. Brunetti represented the buyer in the transaction. The property at 401 Flint Street is 3,716 square feet in two buildings.
  • And finally, Immunize Nevada leased 1,600 square feet of office space at 427 Ridge Street. In this transaction, Chase Whittemore, MS, represented both the tenant and the landlord.

NAI Alliance Q1 2013 Retail Market Report Now Available

The Northern Nevada economic climate is showing signs of improvement, perhaps indicating that the retail vacancy rates may have peaked. The current overall vacancy level in Reno/Sparks declined to 17.99% from the previous quarter of 18.52% and 18.60% from the previous year.

The anchor space vacancy is currently at 14.88%. In-Line shops have decreased in vacancy from 23.07% last quarter to 22.62% this quarter. Total net absorption for this quarter was 16,779 square feet. The total gross absorption was 117,700 square feet for this quarter.
