Pacific Bulk Equipment purchased the 6.56± acre parcel with two buildings totaling 31,908±sf for $2,600,000. Pacific Bulk Equipment, founded in 1987, serves the Midwest and Southeast. The Sparks, Nevada purchase makes their tenth location. The company sells, services and repairs bulk hauling equipment such as pneumatics, live bottoms, walking floors, hoppers, dumps, blowers and hydraulics. They also provide OEM and custom built parts and accessories for all products. The NAI Industrial Properties Team represented the seller in this transaction. Fred Miller of Dickson Realty represented the buyer.
