Truckee Precision has recently opened a 38,400sf facility located at 667 Spice Island Dr in Sparks, Nevada. The precision sheet metal manufacturing company, which Rick Seegmiller started in 1982 and ran for 15 years with a staff of 85 employees, changed ownership and eventually closed its doors. Seegmiller has taken the company back and re-opened at the 667 Spice Island Dr facility. The NAI Industrial Properties Team of J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; Dan Oster; and Michael Nevis, CCIM represented Truckee Precision in this transaction.
