Innotrac Corporation, headquartered in Duluth, Georgia renewed their 208,591± sf lease in Reno, Nevada through the cooperative efforts of five SIORs.

Paul Perkins, CCIM, SIOR, Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR and J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR of NAI Alliance represented the landlord while Sue Smith, SIOR of Argent Commercial Real Estate Services and Scotland A. Wright, SIOR of Scotland Wright Associates represented Innotrac. This is the second transaction the five SIORs have worked on together to renew Innotrac’s lease in their Reno, Nevada facility located at 4910 Longley Lane.

NAI Alliance broker Mark Keyzers of the Retail division represented the landlord in the 2,562 square foot lease transaction. Jason Overholser leased 1,600 square feet at 604 Washington Street, Suite B in Carson City, Nevada. NAI Alliance office team Scott Shanks and Dominic Brunetti represented the tenant.

Renal Treatment Centers-West, Inc. leased 8,480 square feet at 3246 North Carson Street in Carson City, Nevada. NAI Alliance office team Scott Shanks and Dominic Brunetti represented the tenant.

Vitalwerks Internet Solutions leased 3,115 square feet at 100 Washington Street, Suite 250 in Reno, Nevada. NAI Alliance office team Scott Shanks and Dominic Brunetti represented both parties in this transaction the landlord 100 and 140 Washington LLC and the tenant Vitalwerks Internet Solutions.

Janna Page Joins the Office Team


NAI Alliance is pleased to welcome Janna Page to the Office Properties Group as an Associate. She Joins the team of Scott Shanks, Dominic Brunetti and Misty Barker-Cryer.

Janna joined Alliance Commercial in 2005 as a marketing specialist with our Retail Properties Group. Shortly thereafter she became an associate.
