Panattoni Development Company has purchased a 263,924sf Class A industrial building located at 1025 Sandhill Drive Reno, NV. The original facility of 160,000 square feet was built for Pfizer in 1999 and expanded in 2006. One tenant has signed a 10 year lease for the original 160,000 square feet of space and there are several tenants looking to lease the remaining 103,924 square feet. The building closed escrow on August 20, 2012, and should be 100% leased in the very near term.
