NAI Alliance is proud to announce that Mark Keyzers and Kelly Bland of the Retail Properties Group, and Scott Beggs and Chris Shanks of the Investment Properties Group represented the seller, Nevada State Bank, in the sale of the Eagle Landing Shopping Center. FDC Eagle Landing Investment Company, LLC purchased the shopping center for a total of $10,000,000. The Walgreens-anchored neighborhood center currently contains 47,170 square feet of retail space with 17.197 acres of land. Eagle Landing Shopping Center is located at 9725 Pyramid Highway in Sparks, Nevada.
