Fuchs Investments, LLC has acquired a 152,800 s.f. building located at 1555-1645 Crane Way, Sparks, NV. The building is part of a 565,180 s.f. portfolio of industrial properties in Reno and Sparks, NV offered for sale by The Passco Companies, based in Irvine, CA.
“These are challenging times in our business and, given the current financial markets, we feel fortunate to have successfully concluded this transaction” says Paul Perkins of NAI Alliance, who represented the seller.
