NAI Alliance has announced the leasing of 182,000 square feet of distribution space in a newly constructed, speculative building located within Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center. The new lease agreement is with Jacobson Companies, Inc., an Iowa-based third-party logistics provider. The building, which was completed in 2007, was developed by ProLogis, a leading global provider of distribution space. Only 211,750 square feet of the original 601,000 square feet remains.
