NAI Alliance broker Mark Keyzers of the Retail division represented the Landlord, Roeding-Mitchell Tronis Family Properties, L.P., in the leasing of 1,603 square feet to Jolt-N-Java in the Aspen Glen Shopping Center. Aspen Glen is located at the north-west corner of Vista Boulevard and Los Altos Parkway in Sparks, Nevada. Jolt-n-Java will be located at 5255 Vista Boulevard, Suite C-2.
