Dominic Brunetti Earns His CCIM Designation

NAI Alliance Commercial Real Estate Services is proud to announce that Dominic Brunetti, Vice President of the Office Properties Group, has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

The CCIM curriculum includes education in financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. In addition the individual must submit a portfolio of closed real estate transactions and/or consultations demonstrating experience in the commercial investment profession. The individual must also complete an examination.

A Stanford graduate in 2000 and member of its PAC-10 championship football program, Dominic began his business career in Palo Alto, California, with Vance Brown Builders, involved in all phases of the construction management and real estate development process. Three years later, he moved to Reno to direct the business development team for a local title insurance company. Within a year, he transitioned into the commercial real estate brokerage industry and soon became Cofounder of NAI Alliance and has since represented clients such as: Centex Homes, Miller Heiman, Jones Vargas Attorneys, SK Baseball, The State of Nevada, Panattoni Development, Basin Street Properties & more. Although an Arizona native, the Brunettis found Northern Nevada to be the perfect place to raise a family, engage philanthropically and found a rewarding business venture.

Dominic serves on the Board of Directors, as the Secretary and Board Development Chairman of the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows (BGCTM), is a Founding Member and former Board Member of the Reno Tahoe Young Professionals Organization (RTYPN), as a member of the Programs Committee and National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP), member of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), Certified Commercial & Investment Manager (CCIM) organization, PGA's Reno Tahoe Open Drivers (LRTO), Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce, Northern Nevada Italian Association and The Stanford Club of Northern Nevada & the Sierra.
