Stajac Industries expanded their facility by 34,500 square feet at 4955 Joule Street in Reno, NV. The Industrial Team at NAI Alliance represented both parties.

Fort Dearborn renewed their 31,400 square foot lease at 964 United Circle in Sparks, NV. The Industrial Team at NAI Alliance represented the tenant and developer ProLogis represented themselves.

OnlineTechStores.com leased 10,800 square feet at 1335 Greg Street, Suite 107 in Sparks, NV. The Industrial Team at NAI Alliance represented the tenant and developer Trainor & Associates represented themselves.

Garate Enterprises, Inc. renewed their 10,000 square foot lease at 855 Marietta Way in Sparks, NV. The Industrial Team at NAI Alliance represented the landlord and Chris Fairchild of Grubb and Ellis represented the tenant.

Screen Printing Systems renewed their 6,120 square foot lease at 527 Dunn Circle in Sparks, NV. The Industrial Team at NAI Alliance represented the tenant and Sentinel Real Estate Fund in New York represented the owner.

Sparks Foursquare Church renewed their lease of 5,120 square feet at 230B Coney Island Drive, Sparks, NV 89431. The Industrial Team at NAI Alliance represented both parties.

Reliakor Services of Nevada leased 5,120 square feet at 310A Coney Island Drive in Sparks, NV. The Industrial Team at NAI Alliance represented the landlord.

Stone Interiors, Inc. opened a location at 255 Distribution Drive in Sparks, Nevada. The Industrial Team at NAI Alliance represented both the tenant and landlord in the 2,633 sf transaction.
