NAI Alliance is pleased to announce that The Industrial Team of Paul Perkins, Dave Simonsen, J. Michael Hoeck and Dan Oster have obtained an exclusive listing agreement to market a 198,875 square foot distribution warehouse located at 251-259 S. McCarran Blvd., in Sparks. The former grocer facility has over 18,000 sf of refrigerator space and nearly 20,000 sf of freezer space. The Industrial Team will oversee both leasing and/or a sale of the facility. In addition, The Industrial Team obtained an exclusive listing agreement to market a 4,655 square foot industrial flex unit located at 650 S. Rock Blvd., Unit 16 in Reno. The Industrial Team will oversee a sale of the facility.
