775 336 4600Morgan Walsh with the Multi-Family Group at NAI Alliance, represented the Seller in the sale of Locust Canyon Apartments, a 24-unit bank-owned apartment property. The apartments sold for $400,000 ($35/SF) on occupancy of 38%. The buildings were constructed in 1978, renovated in 1985 and are located at Locust and Grand Canyon, east of Wells Avenue and north of Plumb Lane, Reno, Nevada.
