Forward Investments LLC has purchased the 15,687sf building located at 903 E 4th Street in Reno, Nevada. Forward Investments has plans for adaptive reuse of the previous tire shop including professional offices and retail space. “This is an encouraging sign of private investment in downtown redevelopment,” says Dan Oster of NAI Alliance. Oster, along with J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; and Michael Nevis, CCIM of the NAI Industrial Properties Team represented the seller in this transaction.
