NAI Alliance broker, Kelly Bland, of the retail properties division, negotiated new leases for two (2) 99¢ Only Stores in the Reno/Sparks area. The first is an 18,000 square foot transaction at the McCarran Plaza located at 580 East Prater Way in Sparks. Kelly Bland represented the Landlord and the Tenant in this transaction. In the second 17,306 square foot transaction at 5695 S. Virginia Street in Reno, Kelly Bland represented the Tenant.
