In this transaction the NAI Office Properties Group of Dominic Brunetti, CCIM, Scott Shanks, SIOR, and Chase Whittemore, MS represented both parties, the landlord 5585 Kietzke Lane Investment, LLC and the tenant, Egghart and Associates, LLC.
