NAI Alliance Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the recent addition of Ray Tuntland to the Investment Services Group, led by Michael Schnabel. Mr. Tuntland specializes in commercial land investment and development, joining Mr. Schnabel to bolster a key component of the premier NAI Alliance Investment Services Group. His responsibilities include investment opportunity creation/analysis and asset brokerage. He will work with clients in the purchase and sale of land as well as assisting in the development of land. Prior to joining NAI Alliance, Mr. Tuntland spent the last 15-years leading the development of a number of industrial, office, medical and retail projects in Southern Nevada. His experience includes, site and product selection and design, financial projection and management, capital acquisition, project management, leasing and property management. In that time he also represented a variety of clients in buyer/seller and landlord/tenant transactions. This was done as the founder and Managing Partner of two real estate development and brokerage companies. Ray is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Property Manager in the State of Nevada.
