During this year’s fall SIOR conference Dave Simonsen, SIOR, CCIM was highlighted as ProLogis’ featured broker. ProLogis honored Dave because of his ability to complete complex transactions and because Dave filled 600,000SF of industrial space for ProLogis in their Northern Nevada portfolio.
