On Command Dog Training purchased a 20,000sf building at 1500 Marietta Way. The buyer will occupy 10,000sf. Dave Simonsen also facilitated a lease of 10,000sf to The Auto Body Shop within the building prior to closing. Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; Michael Nevis, CCIM; and Dan Oster of the NAI Industrial Properties Team represented the seller in this transaction. The buyer was represented by Fred Jayet with ReMax.
