Banyan Tree Properties, LLC purchased 3,636 square feet at 6350 Mae Anne Ave. Units 2 & 3, Reno, NV 89511, from Quail North West Phase II, LLC. Summit Pediatrics is currently operating in this location. This is the second location for Summit Pediatrics and is the first pediatric facility in Northwest Reno. The NAI Alliance office team of Scott Shanks, Dominic Brunetti, and Matt Grimes represented the Buyer, Banyan Tree Properties, LLC.
