NAI Alliance broker Mark Keyzers and Kelly Bland of the Retail division represented LN Damonte Ranch Town Center, LLC in the ground lease to CVS Pharmacy. The 78,730 square foot ground lease is for 25 years. Damonte Ranch Town Center is located along Steamboat Parkway and Damonte Ranch Town Center in Reno, Nevada. CVS Pharmacy will be joining other major tenants in the shopping center such as Home Depot, RC Willey, Office Depot, Colonial Bank, Bully’s and McDonalds.
