J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR of the NAI Alliance Industrial Team was named “2008 Industrial Broker of the Year” at the 4th Annual Summit Awards. Hoeck is a three time recipient of this award, which he also won in 2005 & 2006. The Summit Awards are hosted by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP), & Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) to recognize northern Nevada professionals who have excelled in their respective fields of commercial real estate.
