Office Team Closes Deal for New Goddard School in Somersett

Cross Consulting Services, Inc. dba The Goddard School has entered into contract to open a new 8,161 square foot build-to-suit early childhood learning center with developer and contractor W.E. Banaszak General Contracting and Development, LLC. The new Goddard School will be located at 455 Somersett Parkway, next to Reno Fire Department Station #11. The NAI Alliance office team of Scott Shanks, Dominic Brunetti, and Matt Grimes represented the Tenant, The Goddard School.
