Culligan Water Systems of Western Nevada, Inc., water treatment specialists since 1936 have renewed their lease of 5,000 square feet at 50 East Greg Street, Suite 106 in Sparks, Nevada. The NAI Alliance industrial team represented Culligan in the transaction. The building is owned by the developer Trainor and Associates.
Crown Property Care leased 8,995 square feet at 1480 Linda Way, Sparks, NV 89431. The NAI Alliance industrial team represented both the tenant, Crown Property Care and Landlord, Servais Nevada Properties, LLC.
Barnes and Noble, Inc. renewed their lease of 600,000 square feet at 12660 Old Virginia Road. The NAI Alliance Industrial Team represented the Tenant, and the Landlord, ProLogis represented themselves.
Hood EIC, LLC leased 5,120 square feet at 270A Coney Island Drive, Sparks, NV 89431. The NAI Alliance industrial team represented the Landlord, Truckee Meadows Business Park, LLC.
