Forbo Linoleum, Inc. renewed their 32,760 sf lease in their 9175 Moya Blvd. location in Reno, NV. They have occupied the space since 2003. The Industrial Team of Paul Perkins, CCIM, SIOR; Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; and Dan Oster of NAI Alliance represented the Landlord, Imelda Reno, LLC and Mike McCabe of Colliers International represented the Tenant in the lease renewal.
