Innotrac Corporation expanded their 209,100 sf facility by an additional 52,500 sf. The Industrial Team of Paul Perkins, CCIM, SIOR; Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; and Dan Oster of NAI Alliance represented the Landlord, Lonely Warehouse, LLC and Sue Smith of Argent Commercial and Scotland Wright of Scotland Wright Associates in Atlanta, Georgia represented the Tenant in the lease expansion.
