Enel Geothermal, LLC leased 7,237 square feet at 1755 East Plumb Lane, Suite 151, 153, 155, & 159 in Reno, Nevada. In this lease transaction the Office Properties Group of Scott Shanks, SIOR, Dominic Brunetti, CCIM and Janna Page represented the tenant Enel Geothermal, LLC.

Contemporary Services Corporation leased 1,700 square feet at 2321 Pyramid Way, Suite B in Sparks, Nevada. In this lease transaction the Office Properties Group of Scott Shanks, SIOR, Dominic Brunetti, CCIM and Janna Page represented both parties the landlord Pyramid Center LLC and, the tenant Contemporary Services Corporation.

American Family Insurance leased 1,249 square feet at 800 South Meadows Parkway, Suite 700 in Reno, Nevada. In this lease transaction the Office Properties Group of Scott Shanks, SIOR, Dominic Brunetti, CCIM and Janna Page represented the landlord JC Arrow LLC.

Associated Mortgage Center, Inc. leased 1,200 square feet at Independence Square located at 294 East Moana Lane, Suite 25 in Reno, Nevada.
