NAI Alliance is pleased to announce that Michael Nevis, CCIM has joined the Industrial Properties Team as Vice President. Formerly a Vice President with the Industrial Team at CB Richard Ellis, Nevis holds the CCIM designation and brings 7 years of leasing and marketing experience to NAI Alliance.

Nevis will continue to focus on Landlord representation for institutional owners of warehouse and distribution space in the Reno/Sparks market as well as tenant representation and industrial property sales. Some of Mr. Nevis’ clients include Bentall Kennedy, USAA Real Estate and McMorgan & Company.
