Nevada Mining Association leased 3,135 square feet at 201 West Liberty Street, Suite 300 in Reno, Nevada. In this lease transaction the Office Properties Group of Scott Shanks, SIOR, Dominic Brunetti, CCIM and Janna Page represented the tenant Nevada Mining Association.

Enel Geothermal, LLC leased 7,237 square feet at 1755 East Plumb Lane, Suite 151, 153, 155, & 159 in Reno, Nevada. In this lease transaction the Office Properties Group of Scott Shanks, SIOR, Dominic Brunetti, CCIM and Janna Page represented the tenant Enel Geothermal, LLC.

Contemporary Services Corporation leased 1,700 square feet at 2321 Pyramid Way, Suite B in Sparks, Nevada. In this lease transaction the Office Properties Group of Scott Shanks, SIOR, Dominic Brunetti, CCIM and Janna Page represented both parties the landlord Pyramid Center LLC and, the tenant Contemporary Services Corporation.
