American Red Cross has signed a lease to move from their current location on Parr Blvd to a Class ‘A’, 125,875 square foot facility located at 2555 USA Parkway, McCarran, NV. The Industrial Team of J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; and Dan Oster of NAI Alliance represented both American Red Cross and ProLogis in the transaction.
