Kimball Midwest has purchased the 198,875sf former Scolari’s warehouse building located at 251-259 S. McCarran Blvd. Scolari’s will continue to lease 38,875sf from Kimball and SK Foods is leasing 40,000sf of the building. Kimball Midwest will occupy roughly 66,000sf. The remaining 54,000sf will be available for lease. Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; and Dan Oster of the NAI Alliance Industrial Team represented the Seller and the Buyer in this transaction.
