Exel Inc, signs a 180,456sf lease at 1802 Brierley Way in Sparks. The ProLogis facility was previously occupied by Pfizer Animal Health. The Industrial Team of Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; and Dan Oster of NAI Alliance represented Exel Inc in the transaction.
