Hedwin Corporation, an employee-owned company which designs and manufactures a variety of plastic containers, liners, closures, and custom plastic parts has signed a lease taking 44,100sf at 9175 Moya Blvd in Reno, Nevada. The Industrial Team of Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; Dan Oster; and Michael Nevis, CCIM of NAI Alliance represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
