American Wick Drain purchases 119,910sf building situated on 5.66 acres located at 2025 Kansas St in Carson City, Nevada for $1,575,000. The Industrial Team of Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; Dan Oster; and Michael Nevis, CCIM of NAI Alliance, along with Bruce Robertson of Sperry Van Ness in Carson City, represented American Wick Drain and Frank Gallagher, SIOR of Commercial Partners of NV represented the Seller in this transaction.
