Michael Hoeck, SIOR; Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; and Dan Oster of the NAI Alliance Industrial Team represented USAA Real Estate in the negotiation of a 448,000sf lease renewal with Colorite Plastics at 901 and 909 E Glendale Ave in the Sierra Commerce Park in Sparks, NV. Sierra Commerce Park is a 1.5 million square foot industrial park located between E Greg Street and E Glendale Ave at Kleppe Lane in Sparks.
