Almo Corporation, a national distributor of major appliances, luxury appliances, consumer electronics, professional electronics and wire & cable products, has signed a lease taking 76,800sf at 9085 Moya Blvd in Reno, Nevada. The Industrial Team of Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; J. Michael Hoeck, SIOR; Dan Oster; and Michael Nevis, CCIM of NAI Alliance represented the landlord, Panattoni Development, and Brad Elgin of Stark & Associates represented Almo in the transaction.
